STUDENTS' GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL (SGRC)

Aim

To provide a mechanism for students to express and resolve their academic and non-academic grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

objectives

To ensure a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders.
To uphold students' dignity by ensuring a respectful and grievance-free learning environment.
To encourage students to express their grievances without fear of being victimized.
To take appropriate actions to resolve complaints at the earliest.

Important Functions

Receive complaints regarding academics, examinations, infrastructure, or behavior of staff/peers.
Acknowledge grievances in a structured and confidential manner.
Form a committee to investigate and address the issues raised.
Maintain a grievance register and submit periodic reports to the competent authority.
Raise awareness among students about their rights and the redressal process.
